- Technical issues on our end preventing product access
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with details and proof. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests.

If the IMEI is changed or does not match, the refund request will be rejected.
Ensure the IMEI shown on the back of the device exactly matches the one in the system request.
